Healthy Breakfast!

You are invited to my healthy breakfast on Saturday March 16! Everything will be homemade, and refined sugar free. 90% of the breakfast will be plant-based, providing you both plant-based and ‘regular’ options for yoghurt, quiche and cake. The focus will be on healthy food, meaning with lots of fruits and natural ingredients.

Are you looking for healthy cooking inspiration? Are you gluten or milk intolerant? Do you eat vegan or are you an omnivore who wants to try something new?
Due to physical complaints I had to reconsider my way of eating. So I had to look for alternatives to bread, yoghurt, cakes and tarts. I started baking to be able to enjoy those treats again in a way that works for my body. It is my mission to ensure that everyone can enjoy a delicious meal at the table, whether you have specific nutritional needs or not!

Nutritious breakfast, how to?
Whether you wish to breakfast without gluten and dairy (lactose) or you simply want to try a plant-based alternative to the classic cheese sandwich, the beginning of a new way of eating can be quite intimidating. Yet, you will learn that the possibilities are endless

“Breakfast with Talitha” in Pure Child Magazine
I was asked to share healthy breakfast recipes in Pure Child magazine! The magazine even has a new section: “Breakfast with Talitha“! How cool is that? In this section I will share kids-proof family breakfast recipes.
Since I prefer to work with seasonal products, I came up with a pumpkin waffle recipe. You will find it in the autumn edition (November/December 2023) of Pure Child (available in Dutch only).
